This is a decongestant and softening treatment to improve your eye contour. It is formulated with La Mer's unique complex that cares for the eyes, providing a cure that rejuvenates the look. It replaces La Mer's old Ultra Hydro Booster line.

How to use
Use it both day and night, following these instructions:
- First, cleanse your face. In the mornings, for dry skin, we recommend using Thermal Water.
- Then follow with the toner that best suits your skin type.
- Apply the Premium Effect Serum from the Ultra Booster line to clean, dry skin.
- Now apply one pump of the Premium Premium Effect Pearls to the tip of your ring finger and spread it with gentle taps, without applying pressure, all over the eye area.
- Gently massage and lightly tap to improve the penetration of the active ingredients.
- Now apply the day or night cream all over the face, neck, and décolleté and massage until completely absorbed.
- As always, we recommend using a facial cream with a high sun protection factor.
