Kuo's Professional Sensitive Eye Makeup Remover completely removes lip and eye makeup without irritation. It is specially formulated to cleanse the most sensitive areas of the face without leaving a greasy feeling. Additionally, its formula contains no alcohol or sulfates.
What is it for?
Its formulation contains:
- Panthenol: also known as Vitamin B, it regenerates the skin and stimulates the natural formation of collagen and elastin. It has moisturizing properties and protects the skin from environmental aggressions.
- Chamomile Extract: Provides calm and helps decongest the skin.
- Cucumber Extract: Hydrates and calms the skin. Provides a decongestant effect.
