- Combat insomnia: Mix Almond Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons) and 8 drops of Mandarin E.O. Apply to the solar plexus, back, and feet to aid sleep.
- Eliminate liquids and cellulite: Gentle body massage with 3 tablespoons of Almond Vegetable Oil, 5 drops of Mandarin E.O., 3 drops of Juniper, 2 drops of Geranium and Cypress.
Make the mixtures you need also with neutral massage cream and other carrier oils.
What treatment can I do before or after this?
