Cinnamon essential oil has many therapeutic properties to treat muscle pain, cellulite, poor circulation, and as an antimicrobial. It is also ideal for combating depression and anxiety. Additionally, on the skin, it prevents infections, improves healing, and relieves inflammation.

Adding professional essential oils in the salon, such as Cinnamon, is a highly recommended option. You can customize treatments to meet clients' needs. Introduce it into your salon protocol for relaxing, draining massages and to treat muscle contractures. Make a mixture with a neutral cream or vegetable carrier oil, so you can apply it to the skin effectively.

These are some therapies you can add to your services:

• Relaxation and relief from physical exhaustion: Prepared with Almond Vegetable Oil (5 tablespoons) and 10 drops of Cinnamon, Ginger, Tea Tree, Rosemary, and Lemon essential oils.
• Muscle pain and contractures: Intense massage with Jojoba Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon), St. John's Wort Vegetable Oil (1 tablespoon), and 1 drop of Cinnamon, Chamomile, and Lavender essential oils.

Add 3 or 4 drops to the massage cream you usually use for all anti-cellulite treatments, to relieve pain and tired legs.

Before performing any type of massage, the skin should be very clean and even exfoliated with a peel that helps eliminate dead cells, allowing the oil's benefits to penetrate better. At the end of the massage, you can also choose to prescribe a daily blend for the client's routine.
