Activa oil, as its name suggests, is ideal for reactivating blood circulation in the leg area. It relieves the feeling of heaviness, pain and discomfort from swelling, and at the same time provides hydration and nourishment to the skin.
It is composed of 8 main oils:
- Sweet Almond Oil: Hydrates, soothes irritations and is anti-inflammatory.
- Avocado Oil: Heals, reduces stretch marks, improves elasticity and provides Vitamin E.
- Rosehip Oil: Helps reduce spots, prominent scars and stretch marks.
- Cypress Essential Oil: Relieves discomfort from circulation problems, decongests and regulates the nervous system.
- Rosemary Essential Oil: Protects the skin from irritation, refreshes, soothes and is anti-inflammatory.
- Peppermint Essential Oil: Regulates oil production in the skin, regenerates the skin and relieves leg heaviness.
- Sage Essential Oil: Reduces stress and tension, reduces inflammation and soothes the skin.
- Lemon Essential Oil: Helps treat spots, is purifying and restorative.

This type of professional massage oil can be used in a draining, Swedish, sports, relaxing massage, or in specific areas such as the feet, legs and arms.
The cabin protocol for a leg massage could be as follows:
- The skin must always be clean and dry to help the essential benefits of the oil penetrate.
- Relaxing and soft music will set the mood for the massage.
- Massage the heels, moving up to the ankles, and entire legs.
- Advise the client to continue with the massages every day at home, after showering or bathing.
What treatment can I do before or after this?
Before or after a relaxing or draining leg massage, you can also inform the client about other treatments such as reflexology, hot stone massages or with other essential oils beneficial for their needs.
